Carol's marketing promotions are in high-gear, as she will be working at an event in Crystal Lake Tuesday and Wednesday, (1/15 and 1/16), with Bob Greene, Oprah's personal trainer. If you're in danger of failing those New Year's Resolutions to lose weight or get in shape, why not take a trip out to Crystal Lake, and let Oprah's fitness guru talk some sense into you?
As mentioned in the Sun Times, Greene's crew will be at the Crystal Lake Jewel from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday and Tuesday to sign up folks, demonstrate recipes and answer questions. The first 150 customers will receive Best Life gift bags valued at more than $75. And of course, you will can also see Carol live and in person, which is worth the price of admission!

Stop counting sheep...
Trouble sleeping? Well, instead of counting sheep, maybe it's time you invested in a new mattress. How about a brand new Serta?
If you are in the market for a new mattress (or maybe you'd just like to try one out), why not visit Carol at the Sam's Club in Addison (Lake St. & Route 53) this weekend (January 12 and 13)?

You know, you spend 1/3 of your life in bed. You owe it to yourself to sleep on the very best! Why not make it a Serta? (Carol recommends the #5 King).
